Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul.

I truly am grateful for all we have been given, we are beyond blessed. However, I think these three are what I am most grateful for on a daily basis...
~Alayna continuing to drop signs and add more verbal words (potty is her new fav!) also, that she is answering yes/no questions on a regular basis.
~Sure step success - We picked up her Sure steps on Tuesday morning. It is taking her a little bit to become accustomed to them but, we definitely see a steadier girl while in standing.
~Alayna saving us money on diapers. She continues to do well on potty training. She always lets us know when she needs to poop (Everyone Poops by Taro Gomi is one of her favorite books now, go figure it was one of Aidan's favs during potty training too), and she is starting to have dry diapers, even after naps!
~My parents left last Friday for Brownsville for the winter and made it safely. Have a great, warm winter Grandma & Pop Pop!
Only one more week until Thanksgiving, can you believe it? What are you thankful for?

Bedtime, books and siblings snuggling.....now those are treasured moments (don't you just want to bottle them up)!! Great job communicating Alayna & potty training (& of course, saving mommy & daddy some money)!! Keep up the good work=)
i am so excited for alayna that potty training is going so well (and for mommy & daddy too for the wonderful job they are doing!) that is awesome that her signing and verbal communication is coming along so well :) way to go alayna!
Yahoo, Alayna!!! You are such a star!! You know, Aidan, LC would sure like to hear some stories by a professional if you're thinking about working a second shift at 8:30...xoxox
I love these posts! You've convinced me, I think I'll do one next week. I have a lot to be grateful for!
So glad the sure steps seem to be working for her. And I am so impressed that you are potty training, wow!

So glad that Sure Steps are helping Alayna! And, I love that she's adding more verbal words! I know that must be music to your ears.
